Selena Group – global manufacturer of construction chemistry – launched a new corporate website. The site facilitates investor relations and showcases Selena as a multinational house of brands. By bringing the company closer, the modern corporate website embodies one of the elements featured in the company’s new mission statement „Together we deliver better building performance.”
Selena Group after the three quarters of 2013, achieved cumulative sales of PLN 832m (€ 197m), which is up PLN 26.8m compared with the corresponding period of 2012. In the first nine months of 2013, EBIT amounted to PLN 44m, increasing by PLN 13.6 year-on-year. The net profit was PLN 25.3m, up PLN 17m year-on-year.
Selena Group – global producer and manufacturer of construction chemicals –launched a new website for its flagship brand Tytan. It is Selena’s key brand for premium products – adhesives, sealants and PU foams, among others – devised for professional users and developed for building and finishing works. The brand is available on three continents, in several dozen countries. On many markets Tytan is the leading brand in its product groups.
Research Centre of Construction Technology, R&D division in the Selena Group, signed an agreement with the Polish Ministry of Economy to modernize its research and development center. 40% of the investment scheduled for the years 2013-2014 will be funded from the Ministry of Economy’s Innovative Economy Operational Programme.
Selena Group – global producer and manufacturer of construction chemicals – posted in 2012 consolidated sales of 1.06 bn PLN (253 m €), which is an increase of 4 per cent versus the prior year. Consolidated net profit came at 4.3 m PLN (1.0 m €), and EBIT margin amounted to 27 m PLN (6.5 m €), which is over five times more compared to 2011.
